After graduating from Kadir Has University, Faculty of Law in 2015, Başak Satıcı Poyraz started her career in a reputable law firm based in Istanbul gaining experience in intellectual property law. Then, she worked in the litigation department of a reputable law firm that has domestic and international clients for six years. 

She has vast experience in employment law, penalty law, consumer disputes, tax law, citizenship, land law, and litigation. She is also a licensed mediator. In late 2022, she established the Poyraz Law Firm.
